ARTIST NOTES: We often take things for granted in life, the things which are truly beautiful, glorious in fact. We even create opportunities for ourselves such as placing flowers on a table where we can enjoy them, reflect, and evoke memories. Yet in a flash, the thoughts and appreciation is gone, and often forgotten.
By creating this piece I hope to remind myself and others of the beauty we have all around us, to appreciate it more often and enjoy its gloriousness.
